Default 558bhp Catalunya for sale

Ok Iv thought long and hard about this and as much as it pains me I'm going to have to sell my recently finished project car, we want to have children an I just can't justify keeping it.
I have had a project thread running for the last few years which details a bit about the car.
The body work is not in excellent condition at all and could do with a respray/tidy up, I was never to bothered about how it looked to be honest, as it stands the look kind is suits the car I think, a bit ratty I think they call it in the vw world?, it's not rusty etc though don't worry lol.
The car is not at all luxurious to drive on the road, it's loud, the ppg dog box is straight cut with straight cut centre diff so whines like a banshee!, it has an external waste gate with screamer pipe and 3" exhaust with 4"back box, IT'S LOUD!, the suspension is rock hard and you can feel every bump in the road, the 10" wide Rota fighter drifts ride in and out of the tracks in the road like a bitch!,
BUT besides all this when you floor it or throw it into a corner all of that disappears and it makes you feel 100% alive.

Ill try an put down spec list but will probably forget some bits.

Shell is a my97 Catalunya with charge speed front rear bumper, side skirts and wings, Abw wide rivet on arches, flat boot floor.
Eibach pro street coilovers with gaz springs.
White line roll centre adjuster kit.
White line front arb 22mm
Whiteline rear arb 24mm
White line rear drop links and arb mounts.
Cusco H brace
STI front and rear strut braces
Many things poly bushed (can't remember what)

BRAKES
front hi spec monster 6 pots with newish discs etc
Rear Brembo gold 2 pots
Braided lines

Drive train

PPG straight cut dog box 1-5 with billet selector forks, straight cut Modena centre diff (straight cut drop gears) cusco 1.5 way LSD, recently inspected and refreshed by Paul at zen.
Exedy twin plate clutch
R180 rear diff
R180 rear hubs

ENGINE

Cosworth/Jun 2.1 stroker kit consisting of
- EJ20 CDB
- acid-dipped, media blasted and threads retapped
- rear thrust conversion
- 14mm head-stud conversion
- 0.5mm bore and hone
- faces skimmed.
Cosworth 92.5 mm stroker pistons
Jun stroker con rods
Centre thrust 79mm crank shaft
Cosworth 14mm head stud and dowel conversion
ACL race big and and main bearings
RCM uprated oil pump
4 layer uprated head gasket set
V1 inlet manifold
Parralell rails
Turbo smart fpr
1000cc phase 2 injectors
AS performance baffled sump
AS performance billet inlet mani spacers
Braided fuel lines
Mad hammer 3 port catch can system
Only around 2000 miles of which 1000 were running in, always run on motul 300v 15w50, always warmed and cooled, in perfect condition.
Edited to say one of the cdb halfs had a very slight hairline crack in the external water ways, the was found while running in, the block half was inspected and sent to a professional were it was slightly v'd and alloy welded while being heated, this hasn't and won't be a problem at all with the engine and in my opinion shouldn't and won't effect the price of what is a very well spec'd and built lump built to handle alot of boost/power.
Want to be honest about everything on the car.

HEADS
V4 sti heads ported and flowed
JUN 272 deg cam shafts.

TURBO/EXHAUST

Lateral performance spec'd garrett GT3040r turbo
Gruppe s2 headers, wrapped
H&S rotated up-pipe wrapped
H&S rotated 3" down pipe wrapped
All slip jointed and choice of x 2 back boxes

FUEL SYSTEM
Walbro 255lph intank lift pump
1.5l swirl pot Mounted in boot
Bosch 044 inline pump. -"-
Sytec inline filter -"-

MANAGMENT

Syvecs s6 pnp
Cal switch
JT innovations wide band kit
JT innovations ait sensor kit
Gm 3 bar map sensor
Mac 3 port boost solenoid

WHEELS/TIRES

10"x18 ET20 Rota fighter drifts in matt black
Toyo R888 tires very good cond hardly any use.

VARIOUS

Defi guages oil pres oil temp & boost + controller
OMP deep dish steering wheel
V1 Sti half alcantra interior
Composite rear fire wall
Sound deadening stripped

I'm sure there are bits Iv forgotten, Iv talyed up the price of the parts if I was to break the car, it comes in excess of £14k! It will break my heart to sell so to break it would probably kill me lol, if necessary I will at a later date I suppose.
It has been mapped by Simon roe at Jgm and I'm sure he would vouch for the engine box etc.
Last mapping session saw a max of 558bhp and 449lbft at 1.8 bar with about 16% meth mix, Simon thinks the engine is crying out for a gt35r turbo, it should see an easy 600bhp with one fitted and mapped accordingly.
The car currently has about 6 months tax and mot left.

CAR WON'T BE AVAILABLE TILL THE END OF MARCH.
Looking for around £11k considering engine and gearbox.

Also to add Iv got new hard race engine and G box mounts new in the box ready to fit, also a new set of ferodo ds2500 front pads and pagid rear pads.
The Ecu currently has 7 x maps on it selected via the cal switch, ranging from 1-3 1=low boost v power est 430bhp going up to cal 3= V power high boost est 500bhp.
Cal's 4-5-6-7 are low being 4 high being 7 methanol maps all at 20% mix with v power and cal 7 being top 558/449 map.

Thanks, doesn't look as clean as that now though.

Would do a deal with someone possibly, maybe a evo? Or a 535D something with 4 doors that will fit a baby seat in the back
