51 Plate Impreza Turbo Classic Estate £2250
We are selling our rare classic model on a 51 reg plate. The car is totally UK spec (It's not a grey import, we have been asked this sooo many times!). We have owned the car for 2 years and it has provided faultless driving.
It is a great car to drive, and as expected it has ultimate grip in all weather (including the recent snow); it is fitted with 40 groove brake discs and has superb stopping capacity. The car is a real head turner, fitted with RB5 Speedline Alloy wheels, crystal headlights/side lights/indicators, tinted rear windows and a stainless steel Milltek exhaust which sounds amazing.
The car has unusual features such as power fold mirrors and a factory fitted sunroof. Additionally, there are the many standard features such as the factory fitted Cat 1 Sigma alarm and Tracker, front fog lights, F/R electric windows, airbags etc...MOT’d until April. It has been fun for us, and perfect for the family, with plenty of room for the kids stuff, and various IKEA purchases!
Genuine reason for sale - we’ve moved within 2 miles of my work so it’s just not getting used as it should be. Sad to see it go, and want it to go to a good home. We are in Sheffield, just off Junction 31 of the M1 on the A57.
The mileage is currently 130,000 with MOT's to support. MOT due April.
Good Points
51 plate registration on a classic model (There are plenty of bug eyes on Y plates) making the car a real head turner.
New 40 groove discs all round and pads (Less than 1 year old including full rebuild of handbrake assembly)
RB5 Anthracite Speedline alloy wheels. (Fitted with Yokohama Prada tyres)
Stainless Milltek exhaust 4 inch through to front Cat (downpipe from turbo) (Sounds amazing)
Stainless up-pipe (From Headers to turbo)
Oil changed regularly using fully synthetic oil and subaru oil filter.
Excedy Clutch.
Rear / rear side tinted windows.
Power folding mirrors.
Factory fitted tilt and slide sun roof.
Crystal Clear head lights / side lights and indicators. (+ STI clear indictators fitted at rear light set)
Fitted with boost and battery gauges.
Cat 1 alarm factory fitted fully working with 2 key fobs.
Factory fitted Tracker (ready to be activated).
Good interior. (Includes original subaru impreza foot mats)
Runs perfect, no knocks, no smoke etc...
Serviced at 1282, 5828, 15782, 23695, 31223, 43580, 54926, 65737, 77225, 82285, 93384, 101054, 105136, 112071 miles.
MOT certificates dating back to 2004, miles are 59930, 77019, 91645, 102244, 105310, 113150, 118564, 126815 (Apr 12), now moved house mileage is 128825! (As I said above we've moved house very close to where I work and it's just not getting the use!)
Reciepts show clutch, cambelt, oil/filters, radiator. Typically I've lost the brake and exhaust receipt but they are easy to observe.
Bad Points
Boost gauge bulb gone.
Little rust around rear offside arch and near windscreen.
Small crease on rear bumper (stupid sign post at Jessops hospital!)
Usual tiny scratches.
It is loud (if you want to waft around in silence it's not for you).
