Nice car. Are you sure the 6 speed box is better on MPG than the 5 speed? Probably similar to be honest, but it is a LOAD stronger than the 5 speed.

Good luck with the sale. Price?

ha, just realised i didnt put a price in!

9k is the price, which i think is reasonable. What do you guys think?

I would have thought the 6th gear gives a lower rpm on motorway speeds, giving better mpg? i maybe wrong though.

thanks for looking!

The 6 speed box isn't a 5 speed with an extra cruising gear. Ratios are different, so similar-ish in top.

Looks like nice car with sensible mileage so price not tooooo far off. There are others cheaper, but dont know the condition. Spec D STI's always seem to be selling a little cheaper than other hawkeye STI's for some reason. Crazy in my opinion as I prefer them. Great cars!

GLWTS mate.

Prices vary from about 12k-7k with equal variance in condition and mileage. I would be looking for 10k+ for my 11k mile modified D. I wouldn't let it go for less as I know it would break for nearly as much.

Thanks BrownPants,

considering ive spent a fair amount quite recently on her, and the condition is very good id expect her to sell around that price, as shes quite literally a dream.

Looking at the standard sti, i think what may put most buyers of the D is the lack of a decent spoiler (in my eyes) thankfully i have a nice big bench seated on mine

Yes 53's spec d is very well modified which i would love to do but unfortunately i wouldnt be able to drive the car lol

I personally love the interior, the limited number around and the fact that i can quite literally burn money faster by planting my right foot than using a lighter lol

Any questions then please ask!

Bump for another Spec D - personally I prefer the stealthy look without high rise spoiler - nice car though
