Bit of a longshot but been eyeing up newage for a while now. Had 3 classics now, stis and uks and i just want a change to save the agro of selling to buy a newage.
Anyway:
Car is a 1998 classic turbo terzo. Out of 333 registered this one is number 3!! Subaru used this exact car for the press release. I have the original press photograph from the press office and the original brochure all in new condition. Car was at mcrae gathering to represent the terzo last year. As gathered number 1 and 2 are kaput so this car is the earliest registered model left on the road in the world. The first x amount of terzos had black skirts, mirrors and handles then after number x they were colour coded. I have the originals but i have changed as the colour coded ones look better.
Only things changed really are little things, white 17" alloys (refurbed 3 weeks ago, absolutly mint), mid level spoiler, mats, blue dash bulbs, stereo, gear gaiter, 5" exhaust, prodrive cat back, forge recirc dump valve, crystal repeaters and aftermarket rear lights. I have original lights, clocks, gold alloys with decent tyres, exhaust etc etc.
Car is taxed and tested. Will put fresh mot on as its up in march. Has p1 front and rear splitters, 120k miles but full engine rebuild 13 months ago at central subaru where all the important things were taken care of. Done 10k since. Pulls like a train in every gear, no funky noises or knocks and no smoke from anywhere. Uses no oil whatsoever and i have just serviced it with fresh filters, plugs and oil just after the new year.
As shes getting on a bit she does have a few stone chips on the front bumper and the paint is a bit rough on the spoiler. As daddy runs a paint shop, for the right car, i will get it resprayed so it will look like new!! It does look fantastic and is not that bad anyway but cant do any harm smartening it up a bit. Interior is sound and as standard, no rips or tears on the seats, bolsters or carpets just the usual wear on the suede on drivers seat where you park your ****.
I consider this car quite a unique one given its history. Has loads of bills, even thenoriginal manuals and books and the temporary drive away cover care you get when the cars bought new! Just shows eerything has been kept with this car! Has a trackstar tracking device and alarm. Car has not once and i mean never let me down. She has been great and really is a fantastic bit of history if im honest. Would be a great car to a collector etc. power wise, im unsure as it is bloody quick given whats been done to it. Bit of a mystery really but judge for yourself!
A long shot i know but f***knows what this particular car is worth so rather than selling then buying a bugeye, i thought id try first.
So if anyone does want a superb reliable classic with a tasty bit of history and is bored of their newage, drop me a pm. Anything ive missed which i probably have as its midnight and i was up at work at 3 this morning let me know and ill be happy to answer! Will upload pics in morning off pc as im on my iphone.
Cheers guys. Princey

I will take it for 10 and a packet of crisps lol.
Seriously though I put my classic up for sale on here but didn't get one enquiry. Stuck it on pistonheads and within a day I had an offer pending an inspection which went fine and it was sold with cash in the bank within 5 days 😃
Looks a great car so good GLWS but try other sites as well and don't get disheartened if it doesn't sell on here.
My offer of £10 and packet of crisps still stands though 😉

Just an update, i will not take less than 2, so plz dont inbox me. If people are after a scooby for 1500 quid theres plenty of escorts, mondeos, wagons, sports and turbo 2000s on ebay rotting to f**k for that price. This is a genuine terzo, the earliest one on the road in the world with a few toys, all original stuff and runs like a dream, goes like f**k, Completly faultless and im reluctant at 2k given its had 500 notes plus 200 on refurbed wheels spent on servicing and upgrades innpast 3 months and was bought for 2600 6 mnths ago. Sorry for the moan but just sick of the crap... If it dnt go here by fri, its on ebay and if dnt get what i want from there, its being broken as i am now after a cheap runabout rather than another scoob. My playtime is over until summer when i shall purchase another.
Thanks
Thanks
As you have the original lights and wheels, my advice would be to fit them. It's best asset is it's originality, it looks a bit stripped of that currently. I think it'd sell easier looking as it should.
