Default ***2001 white JDM sti bugeye, remapped, lowered, 18" alloys etc £5500 o.v.n.o ***

Here we have my jdm sti 7 in white, these are rare as . . . . . .

this subaru is only £125 for 12 months road tax, on the v5 it is recorded as being 141g/km so its in a low tax band.

it has equal length headers
full decat exhaust made from titanium, the backbox is wrc spec
cosworth panel filter
walboro uprated 255l/hr fuel pump fitted
remapped by Andrew Carr to run on V-Power petrol with launch control, andrew estimates power to be around 330-350bhp with similar torque, he says its maxed the vf30 out, it drives extremely well with super fast spool.
previous owner fitted an exedy fast road spec clutch
its lowered 35mm on Tein springs
18 inch almost new inovit tarmac alloys in anthracite with alloy wheel gators fitted
genuine factory fitted hid/exenon headlamps

cat one alarm, immobiliser with certificate & a smart trak just fitted need subscription paying & new owners details registering.

the speedo has been recently converted to mph, the majority of the miles are in fact km's, engine runs sweet, no knocks, bangs, oil or water leaks of any kind, any inspection is welcome, i don't want car fulls of peeps turning up, PROOF OF INSURANCE IS REQUIRED ON ANY TEST DRIVES OR I WILL CONDUCT THEM.

LOADS (and i mean loads) of these cars are being bought by people from all over Europe, they are much cheaper here than over there, and easier to import/export.

4 of my friends have sold their Evos and Skylines recently, and every single one ended up in Europe (Sweden, Poland, and Germany x 2)

Funny enough the seller off the car I am possibly buying has had interest from both germany and now france , both potential buyers said they would come over with cash, thought it a bit strange but given whats written above could well be genuine !!

good luck !!

p.s - wont be that much cheaper when they pay to have it converted to LHD thou !!

Jup....we overseas guys are credible buyers!

For us 5 grand for your car is a STEAL and some of us are always thinking of moving to the UK and buying...I dunno 10 Scoobs even thou we could drive only one at a time.

I'm form Slovenia (EU, south of Austria) and will surely buy a Impreza from you guys. There are some drawbacks of buying a UK impreza thou (you guys drive on the WRONG side of the road to name a big one. ).

But also for me they raised the tax on non greenish (boring) cars so I have to pay 20% or more tax on my Impreza bought in Europe, then have to get it through MOT (headlamps are a problem and maybe some certificates of comformaty) and so on...

But still your prezzas have better specs and you get JDMs and Spec-C, type r and so one....here there are only the borring 265hp versions and mods are extremely expensive.

So I give for living in the UK.

i am prepared to do a deal with him, but he expects me to drive to Manchester airport & conduct the deal there, it will cost me £30 in petrol, 2.5 hours of my time & i will have to arrange for a friend to follow me there & drive me home again, i will also have to pay there diesel money to get there & back, so not that good of a deal.

Knowing the state off the market for subarus just now and the fact that virtually nothing is moving personally I would work something out with him ie. buyer pays a deposit off say £100 via paypal and you travel down hand over your car receive his dosh minus this deposit and the car is finally sold.

what is the alternative - waitt months to find another genuine buyer ??!!

i'd get more busting it, i dont like the press gang attitude of the potential buyer, he doesn't answer txts or ebay messages, thats what leads me to think he is a timewaster

Yep okay mate appreciatte your concern if he refuses to answer txts / ebay messages. sounds like just another dreamer who wants the car but deep down knows he will never ever buy it !!

Yup...you got a point there, if you have time to wait for another buyer, do it.

I would be very constant with my communication for a car that I wan't and would have cash waiting for it. I would however need feedback too, because I we have to get temporary plates and insurance for the car so I could drive it home and that does not come "natural" from UK sellers.

Well....there is also a truck option but its pricey and needs more from the seller (get the car to somewhere a truck can get it loaded and so on...).
