For that money you might wish to give a few more details about the engine rebuild / components and drivetrain etc.

Standard ones are 7.5k!! So I think with all the mods 9700 is more than fair

If you want to sell this £7500 would be a max i sold a white car similar spec ages ect 6k if you want to advertise and just get people looking and not buying leave it at your'e asking price

at min on here and p heads u can get
450bhp sti 8k
400bhp 04 sti 8k

Needs to be £7,500 to sell in my opinion chap. And even then it won't be an easy sell.

Who built the engine by the way ??

Surely it's fully forged fud, nobody could ask nearly £10K for a type R with standard engine,,,, surely.

Apologies for my posts. It's not my place to say what your car is or is not worth.
Good luck with the sale chap.
Stick with it, be a crying shame to see another good Impreza get broken.

Matt.

It looks a nice car but you need to sort out a better advert, listing everything on the car and what has been done to it.

What been done to the engine etc is this forged or standard?

People like to see more pictures, including those of the defi's, condition of seats etc
They also like to pictures of all sides of the car and each wheel.

I'm not going to comment on the price as this as already been said

Best of luck though

as seen in link below a standard version 3

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/814856.htm

don't get me wrong yes its from a dealer, but a version 3 standard is worth 8k, so therefore think my price is ok and i am in no rush to sell the car just wait till the right person comes along!!

and another one

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2945669.htm

if you think the price is wrong then don't but it MATTYB!!

Tiss, I don't usually comment on peoples pricing as it is up to them. But seriously, you have no chance at that price.
The white sti 3 will come with a very good warrenty and has very low mileage, but is still over priced. I bet they woudl except £7k if offered.
As for the private sale, the guy is dreaming.

Are we right in assuming that your engine is still the original? If so, you have even less chance of achieving your asking price. Yes, you might well find a very high priced type r for sale, but not many. Look at what the majority of them go for now. £5-£6k is about right for a 70k standard'ish example, many of which have had a rebuild by now.

You may have spent a lot of dosh and cherished it all the time you have owned it, but the price you are asking, for a private sale with no warrenty is very unrealistic.

Of course, it is up to you. But if you want to sell it, stick it up for £8k and be willing to except £7k. Not nice to hear, but that is all you are going to get on a modified car with the standard engine.

Look at these:

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2970474.htm
http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2961968.htm
http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2947661.htm

Took me 2 mins to find, as it will anyone else.

https://www.scoobynet.com/subaru-444...-r-338bhp.html

£3500 cheaper buddy just to give you an idea on what these are realistically worth now. Also note that the car in the link has had a re-build also.

Also, your advert now states that the standard engine is good for 450bhp. That I would like to see but then again the box would probably sh*t itself before you got any where near that.
All the comments from the guys above are there to help you. Don't take offense as we are not knocking your car (it's a beaut) but want to help you sell it. If your not really fussed about selling it then stick with it but if you need rid or need the money then you seriously need to re-think the advert and price chap.

Something I learned, just because other cars are advertised at certain prices does not mean those cars are selling.
