Subaru Impreza Type R***PRICE DROP***
This rare STI Type R version 4 is very well looked after (lady owner). have owned the ar since Aug 2010. Genuine reason for selling as it is costing me too much money to run everyday. It is in great condition (must be seen in person to be appreciated). It is cleaned weekly, polished & waxed monthly with the highest quality products.
Oil checked weekly and doesn't burn any oil
It is serviced every 5000KM.
£1000's have been spent on the car by myself and only good quality parts have been used eg HKS, Blitz, Works Emotion.
Private plate not sold with the car
Car has never been raced or tracked
Mileage 74,000 kilometres mileage will go up slightly as it's my daily driver
Usual Type R specs: short ratio gearbox, adjustable centre differential, electric mirrors
Mapped for V-power, only runs on V-power and nothing else.
Cat 1 Security- Alarm and immobiliser with 2 sets of keys
MOT till Jan 2012, tax until end of feb 2013
Engine rebuilt by JDM motorsport
Apexi Power FC ECU and hand controller
Mapped but Zen Performance running at 338.5 BHP and 296 lb/ft
Genuine Works emotion CR Kai 17"s with Toyo's with plenty of tread
Brand new Blue D1 wheel nuts
P1 front splitter
Version 5 spoiler
Version 5 front bumper
Version 5 steering wheel
Crystal clear headlights, sidelights and side repeaters
6000k HID's
Blitz Nur spec R cat back exhaust with custom down pipe
Walbro fuel pump
Brand new HKS SSQV III dump valve
HKS Turbo timer
Apexi air filter
Front mount intercooler
Infinity 6x9's
Version 8 STI front and rear seats
Version 8 STI suspension with Prodrive springs
Mintex 1155 front pads
Uprated Exedy clutch
Bad points:
Air con not working as it needs a recharge
Alloys slightly curbed but no paint peeling or chipped
No headunit
Exhaust has a slight rattle, possibly baffles breaking up
I have only used one mechanic to work on this car. He specialises in Subaru's and run his own 2 rally cars. When he checked over the car he said everything is straight & the car performs very well for this spec
I already have another car & I'm in no rush to sell so any silly offers will be ignored.

Can you tell me when the was engine re-built, and was it with standard or uprated bits?
Maybe a stupid question but can you get in the back with the New-Age front seats? I'm assuming they don't recline....

Still possible to get into the back by pushing the seats forwards but they dont recline fully.
