2003 (53) Subaru Impreza WRX STI Type UK (PPP)
I'm reluctantly selling my scoob. I have owned it for 5 1/2 yrs and I am the third owner. It is a V8 STI Type UK with PPP.
It has done 108k miles but the engine is like new and has a full service history. I have spent over £4k on it over the past two months (with receipts to prove).
Totally standard apart from grooved and drilled front discs.
Work done one month ago includes:
Full professional engine rebuild it has done 1k miles since. I have just finished running it in and had the oil changed and it is purring.
New clutch
Cambelt replaced (same time as rebuild)
4 brand new sessanta ultrac tyres.
New radiator
New battery
MOT till april 2012
Bodywork is very clean, no scrapes or bumps.
Interior is in very good condition.
Over £3k's worth of ICE. Including : Focal Utopia components, McIntosh Amp & Custom door builds. Discrete with audiofile sound quality.
This car has had a lot of money spent on it and has the usual stuff sorted so it should be good for another 100k.
£6500 ono

I was recommended a guy locally who works at Ken's Autos, I'd heard a lot of good stuff about him. He is a scooby mechanic and has a lot of experience. I have carefully run the engine in and just had the oil changed and its is sounding good.

Thanks mate.
I have spent a lot of money on this car and I have enjoyed every minute.
I have no illusion the mileage may put some people off.
It is a good car and has been treated with respect and a lot of the main things that these cars need at this age have been done so it's all ready to go for the next owner. In this respect it I know it is a better buy than a lower mileage car that has yet to have the common bottom end issues, leaky rad, cam belt due etc.

It hasn't been re-mapped.
No suspension modifications. (I had the rear shocks changed under warranty shortly after I bought it)
Let me know if you want any more info.
