2003 Blob Impreza WRX STI type UK.
The time has regrettably come to sell my pride and joy.
This is by far the hardest decision I have had to make but new house means funds are needed and needs must.
I have only had the car a year and it was my intention to keep it as I only use it at weekends (4000 miles in the last year) but I cant afford to have it sat in my garage any longer.
It is a 2003 03 plate UK spec Impreza WRX STI.
I bought the car completely standard and have spent over £3000 making it into the car it is today. So every "mod" is something I have bought, and have ALL the receipts to prove this.
Mods:
ECUtec ECU remapped by scoobyworld/scoobyworks
Fully De-cat 2.5"
Hayward & Scott full system. Looks perfect and sounds perfect.
K&N pannel filter
wallbro 255 cel fuel pump
Genuine Prodrive lowering springs. These work really well with the standard skockabsorbers without being too hard. I wanted the car to be useable and subtle but still stand out from the rest.
Inovit RD21 alloys (prodrive replicas) 18x8" 225/40
HT auto's front splitter. Re-Painted black as I wasnt happy with the finish of the standard plastic (I'm very fussy)
HT auto's rear de-fuser.
WR blue mud flaps with UNIQUE lettering. I wanted the "STI" in pink and the "subaru tecnica international" in white. (told you I'm fussy)
JDM style front badge
Type UK rear badge removed professionally (no glue marks or paint fade)
over sized rear number plate
perfect fit front number plate.
Hawk ceramic pads (only 1000 miles old)
new exedy clutch (only 2000 miles old)
Neutral position switch (common failure)
10 months MOT flew straight through with NO advisories.
TAX is till the end of June
93k miles but please dont let this put you off it has FULL service history 90% subaru. it honestly doesnt need anything doing to it. I had a full service done last year, oil filter using valvoline Racing 10W-50, pollen filter, fuel filter, coolant, break fluid, gearbox oil, rear diff oil both castrol syntrax.
The cambelt has been done for the 2nd time less than 8000 miles ago.
No expence has been spared on this car, like I said it was not my plan to sell.
