The time has come for me to get a cheaper car to run, after running this car as our everyday car for the last 3 years.
It is a my97 first of the facelift versions. With 171,000 miles on the clock.it still runs very sweet when warm, but it has piston slap when cold. I have a load of service history for it from before I owned it,but I havent kept the history upto date as receipts cost extra. It is mica green, has a h&s downpipe decat and a scoobysport exhaust. Black cryatal headlights+ crystal sidelights, it has fourpots fitted on the front and braided lines with 5.1fluid. It is in generally good condition with rust on the rear arches. The mot and tax both run out at the end of may. I know it is going to need a rear subframe and a petrol filler neck, both will come with car as i have bought them, and the clutch is slipping when pressing hard on the loud pedal.....
It has a small hole in drivers bolster but i have a new cover to go on.I prefer to be honest.
I am looking for £1000.

id like some close ups of the arches where they are rusty please, what's involved with changing the subframe? never heard of one going before. be detailed please as your a good distance from me so dont want to view unless im coming with a trailer to get it.
