Subaru Impreza type r 1997
Totally unmodified original impreza type r for sale. It was imported in 2007 and has done about 10k miles since. Allot of the time it was stored in a barn. The underneath is perfect with no rust and I've had it wax oiled to keep it nice. I've recently had a full service including cam belt and all fluids changed at tdr in Warwick who is a Subaru specialist. He checked it all over for me when I bought it and put it on his dyno and it's got a healthy 280bhp that it came out the factory with. It's really good to drive the gearbox is really tight. I've had 2 new front tyres and backs are good. It went straight through mot which runs out Aug 2016. The milage was converted to mph when it arrived in the uk which was 55k and it's now on 65k so it's not done allot . It is hpi clear but feel free to check . The interior is immaculate with original Subaru matts and Nardi steering wheel. I'm selling due to needing a family car otherwise I would be keeping this as they are getting rare now especially standard ones. The spec is pretty special on these so do your research they are nothing like a turbo 2000 uk car so please don't compare. It has dccd which is fully operational,intercooler spray,short shift gearbox,folding mirrors,air con the list goes on. Hi mate are you sure on the mileage. On the MOT history checker it shows it as 99-odd thousand Miles for current one and has done since it was imported in 2007 90k Miles registered not KM's.

 

When it 1st came in it had about 90k which is 55000miles it was then converted to mph and it's now showing 99000 which is about 65000 miles. You can see by interior wear that it's not done allot

 

Ah ok. Its just the first MOT has the mileage listed as Miles instead of KM's which is where the error occured. Do you have the import paperwork with it showing Km's at all?
