Just what I am after...but does a bare Type R shell really fetch £2200????
Fair play if they do but I thought about half that?
Depends how much is on it, If its just a matter of fitting a engine and gearbox, interior, set of wheels, brakes etc, but has most the body parts still attached(panels, bonnet, bumpers, glass, spoiler, mirrors) then yes maybe worth £2,200 if in good condition!!

I know of a 2 dooor shell, that with some strong persuasion I might have been able to get the owner to part with it. It's very clean, has F+R screens, doors and all the side glass still fitted. That's about it. No wiring loom!
The owner won't let it go for under £2000. It was advertised elsewhere, circa 2 years, ago for £1000.
The owner isn't a mug trying to rip someone off on the price, he's owned Subaru's for a very long time, and knows what the true value is,
