Default subaru sti hatch 2008 with fault priced to sell

impreza 2008 sti in wr blue
ive decided to sell my hatch sti through lack of use and the urge to get a blob widetrack
mileage currently at 75030
full service history by independant garages
im the 3rd owner of the car
mot due febuary 2016(no advisories on last mot)
2 keys
standard engine setup, according to previous owner it was rebuild at around 38000 miles with cambelt done at same time
fitted extras are
front sti lip spoiler
sti mudflaps
alpine double din headunit with steering control module(will include oe stereo)
prodrive exhaust backbox
pro race alloys in white (17's )
window tints fitted at factory time
tail light mod wrap(can be removed if prefered)
no engine mods at all
i had carpark dints(3 of them)removed when i purchased the car in feb 2014,also since ive had the car i have replaced the following(car bought at 67000 miles, now on 75000)

front discs and pads
rear pads
all 4 tyres(around 5-6 mms all round)
oil/filter
air filter
pollen filter
brake fluid

the car is currantly fitted with a towbar for bikerack use ONLY never towed anything,i can remove this is prefered

the cars condition is good,it has the usual rear door/arch chips on both sides, also the front bumper has quite a few chips and the is a poorly repaired scuff on the back bumper load area about 2 inch in size, interior is in good clean condition, just a couple of trim scuffs to door handles etc

now the problem/fault

The car has the engine light on,the problem is the secondary air valve (error code is p1014) stuck open,i have had the car down to subaru to confirm,it either requires the system removing and the blanking plate mod doing(about £40 for blanks and codes removing from ecu by a mapper)or new air valves fitting, these are around £200 each plus labour(i was quoted £760 by subaru).
the car drives fine,it is just stuck in normal "s" mode and the cruise control light flashing

with the above problem in mind im after £8000 for the car, there is £5200 of outstanding finance on the car, this can be paid online to motonovo finance on day of collection by the buyer for piece of mind,i purchased this car from pentagon in huddersfield so apart from the finance it is HPI clear,i will also include a set of winter tyes to fit the car (hankook) for an extra £200

please pm me for contact number, the car is located in north sheffield,5 minutes from the m1 motorway
