Default Subaru WRX 2004 66000 miles standard in Black for Sale

Subaru Impreza WRX 2004 66000 miles Black [Completely Standard]

A Completely, standard very good condition, low mileage example with full service history. The service history is predominantly from Subaru and specialists. The tyres are Bridgestone Potenzas all round with plenty of life left in them. All the brake discs and pads were changed last year [around 10000 miles ago]
The car is in very good condition for the year with only a few minor blemishes, most notably the passenger side front bumper although not bad seems to have lost a clip. It’s been like that for the last 10000 miles and is fine. It happened when someone hit the front whilst parked which also took out the fog light and cracked the head light cover. Both have been replaced with genuine Subaru parts with receipt to prove. The oil has been changed every 6-7000 miles and the car has only been run on premium unleaded. It is a completely standard unmolested example which has been well loved and has only had 3 previous owners.
The reason for sale is due to moving abroad and it’s a very reluctant sale. The car drives very well and pulls like a train. it’s used as our family car and has been faultless and only required service items. The MOT and service are due and I will put a fresh MOT on it although it will require a cam belt service which I will leave to the buyer and have priced it accordingly. The price for this service seems to be around £350-500. I would do it and then sell but funds are tight at the moment. Please see this pricing thread:- https://www.scoobynet.com/scoobynet-...rx-prices.html
The car has no faults that I am aware of and comes with all documentation with extensive service history and receipts. It has 2 keys.
Any questions please ask, also note no time wasters, canvassers or scammers. Test drives will be conducted by me unless full amount in my hand and proof of day insurance for the car. No exceptions.Whoever buys the car will be very happy with it I’m sure.
Located near Canterbury, Kent.
£4000
Many thanks Iain

No surprise, nice clean low milage car, and quite cheap compared to what else is out there.

I thought it was reasonable to although the advert only seemed to attract timewasters despite only being advertised on here. So due to time constraints sadly webbuyanycar got it for just under my asking price (£3700) real shame as it's a great car and sailed through mot as expected. It did feel abit like tying a puppy up to a lamppost mind when I left it! Lol. I'll be back to the fold when I return to the UK.

Well that's a surprise, I'd have thought a genuine car like that would have been snapped up on here, I guess the newbs must be listening to the STI,STI brigade.

That will be up for £5.5k somewhere soon, but it shows how good it was to go to wbac for that sort of money and that it was in fact a cheap price at £4k if the trade obviously thinks there's a few quid to be made.

Well done pal, at least it's gone, like the puppy to the lamp post analogy.

Yeah exactly, if I had more time I'd of held out for a private buyer but money isn't everything. Like you say wbac paid close to what they quoted online so shows its quality. If it does come up in a forecourt anyone looking be assured it's a great car! Be good y'all! Bye for now

We buy any car bought it for £3700? Wow, that must be their most generous offer ever! I've done a few quotes for no more than a laugh really and the amounts they offer are normally hilarious. If I had to guess on a price they'd offered for that car I'd say around £2k based on what I've seen and heard. You did very well there!

I know I was very surprised to, I only tried them to see what was the worst case scenario if I got stuck as I leave for Asia next week. Pleasantly surprised with them. They drove me down £300 for slight kerbing on alloy 2 alloys but that's all. Very pleasantly surprised and easy sale. I suppose if you have a sky high milage car with patchy service history you'll get a low ball offer. Worth considering for anyone in a rush.

We buy any car just valued my 120k WRX wagon at £2k, which I don't think is too bad, especially as I'd make more than £1k if I returned it to standard and sold my parts on.

Won't be selling it though, she's a keeper.

Such a pity Iain - exactly the sort that I am looking for and based in Kent too. However, I wasn't going to start properly looking until I come back from holiday in September. £4k was good price. Dealer will have that on for £5,250+...
