yeah, right... you would need to advertise it for 6k for them even to raise an eyebrow on this and then they would come, taunt you with 5k in cash, kick some tires and leave with the car happy only to advertise it for 13k... while, when we would question you, you would answer that you are comfortable with the amount you sold it for just to realize you are cutting yourself in the evenings for such a fail.

Last week I saw them selling a blob wrx for 8k on ebay.

I think this is a bad time to sell a car in general, because of the christmas coming - presents, holidays etc. people do not have so much spare cash to buy the cars. look a full month back and you will notice that only 2 cars have officially sold, sadly

but a very nice car, and good luck with the sale!

Thanks dude...yeah the price to CP is £10,000, thats where they can start and eventually end up at £9,000

It dosent matter to me its before Christmas, i don't need a quick sale, I put it up for sale when I wanted to sell it not when I need it sold. It will go eventually, and it will be on happy owner, but till that day I still have my Scooby, so all is right with the world.

Oddly enough I find a normal car quite relaxing for everyday driving and would rather use one for driving to work or the shops.

Must be my age lol

One of the reasons I had to sell, my system cant take the onslaught of the senses anymore (age probably adds to it as well true)

Im OK health wise thankfully but its more a case of I don't want the onslaught as much nowadays , a relaxing drive is much nicer especially after a long day at work.

But probably my own fault for messing with the car too much anyway.

Part of the reason I got the Blob Wagon as the Type R would just sit in the garage and I would just jump in what ever was on my driveway, too much hassle moving cars, in the end I wasn't even using it once a month, so ended up with the best of both worlds, can win the traffic light derby, overtake easily on country roads, have a bit of a spirited drive and chuck a washing machine in the back but no p1ssing blood or having my teeth shaken out.

Yeah this all had something to do with it as well.

My friend Tracey took the Impreza out and said she was traumatised by having to dodge all the potholes and take the speedbumps at the correct speed and angle, and the noise and temptation with all the power...but the modifications made it that much more difficult, so only myself to blame!

Its ok when you're 21 and living the fast car dream, but now, theres enough stress in the world to deal with...and where i live is speed bump city

Now its a TDI QUATTRO Black Edition

I find Impreza's hard work for the daily commute, its ok when the weather is nice and you can take it for a blast on some nice roads, but 95% of the time your stuck in traffic and like you say negotiating speed bumps and pot holes they stress you out(and was sick of fixing/replacing splitters)!!

Good choice on the Audi, nice comfortable car, what gearbox you gone for S-tronic or Manual???
I went for DSG in the Golf R, no more moving my left arm to change gears(think im getting lazy)!!
