After great thought and much deliberation I have took the huge step and decided to sell my Impreza STI Type UK 2005 Blob-Eye Widetrack.
I've grown very attached to this one, by far the best car I've ever owned, wants for absolutely nothing, the full serve history speaks for that. never let me down all nearly 9yrs of ownership.
Took pleasure in taking it to shows over the years, its a real head turner, not only at shows but out and about, sounds awesome on tick over and cruising speeds more so people just stop and look, see them saying "wow, look at that, that's nice", I've got pretty good lip reading lol.
I'm sure its the right thing to do, want it to go to the best possible home, not on some dealers forecourt....So please have a look

Yeah it's a stunner for sure.
Reference to the sub...2 bolts and it's out....easy, but does make all your favourite tunes sound fantastic...and I don't mean turned up to level 11.

Damn, these cars get sold as soon as they are advertised now . Good for the sellers i suppose!

Question is will this be on Cheshire Performance's website for an extra £2.5k within the next couple of days like most others?

 

Well it was pistonheads it sold through, less than 20hrs it was gone.

Definatley not gone to Cheshire performance!
Funny actually, the couple that brought it said they went there to view one/some....came away very disappointed, car were all dirty, few bodged repairs, not as described etc...so that was a 3+hr drive wasted for them.

 

Doesnt surprise me, ive owned 30+ cars, viewed many at 'dealers' and never once walked away having bought one from them, always have issues and are overpriced.
You would like to think specialist performance dealers would be a bit different seeing as they go out their way to buy cars specifically to sell.
I tell you what though id have the raging hump if i drove a long way to a specialist performance dealer who were advertising their cars as immaculate and for a high price too but found they had bodged bodywork or other issues.
Ive wasted lots of time with so called dealers who clearly put dodgy MOTs on cars and fail to disclose lots of blatant problems/faults with the cars. Dealers who do that should be reported to VOSA or trading standards
