Price Reduced: White 2007 Impreza STI Hawkeye API Forged Build 470BHP
Updated photos as the sun came out
Bought from Paul (Admin on this forum). And as you can see from the spec below no expense has been spared - since my ownership i have had the car serviced including recent spark plug change, Mot'd and taxed so it is all ready to go to its new owner
Anyways to the car:
2007 UK STI PPP with just over 37870k miles on it (will go up slightly) on the clock in rare solid white colour. Has had a full API build on it, and was mapped by Bob Rawle and produced 472bhp and 483lbs ft of torque on delta dash. Along with this it has Ap racing brakes and BC coilovers suspension. The car is perfect for the road and has not been on the track.
For the spec:
Engine specification - built by Mick at Api
STi 9 EJ257 2.5 engine
Supertech forged pistons (very quiet for forged pistons)
APi steel rods
Cosworth 11mm head stud kit
ACL bearings
Cosworth gaskets and seals
Tufnol inlet spacers
Cosworth baffled sump
Ancillaries and supporting modifications
SC46 Billet turbo
Cobra 3 inch exhaust
Gen 2 Spec tubular headers
APi variable flow injectors
Fuel Lab fuel pressure regulator
APi parallel fuel rail conversion
RCM fuel pump
APi oil pump
Mocal oil cooler kit
Hybrid FMIC
Simota inner wing cold air induction kit
3 port boost solenoid
Perrin turbo inlet hose
The engine has 16k on it and the cambelt was changed with an RCM one as well as all the fluids being changed of course - a knock link has also been fitted.
Suspension:
BC coilovers with comfort rate springs and rear extenders so you can adjust the dampers easily.
Brakes: AP 330 kit with the expensive 5570 callipers.
Cosmetic mods:
PPF7s
Prodrive mudflaps
STi front splitter
Mapping:
Mapped by Bob Rawle. Ecutek RaceRom. Mafless simulation running with twin maps, one with Launch control, flatfoot shifting and auto blipping on down changes activated, the other with these features switched off. Have never used this function and neither has Paul but the option is there if you want it.
To drive this car is a joy, the power is just always there when you need it - it is such a fun car to drive and also practical and easy to drive when you are just cruising through town etc.
Documentation:
The car comes with a huge ring folder full of receipts/services, all old mots and has only ever been serviced by reputable tuners such as API and Extreme scoobies - i also carried out an HPI check on the car and of course this was clear. The service book has been stamped at each service also. Also comes with both sets of keys.
Condition:
The car is always warmed up before using boost and is always cooled down after a drive. I have only ever used Shell Optimax in the car which it is mapped for. There are a couple of minor blemishes on the car such as the passenger side alloys, slight crack in one of the fog lights and very slight corrosion on where one of the mud flaps attach to the car - i purchased the car like this and i would get it done if i was to keep the car.
Price:
The car has had over 15K spent on it, closer to £20k (engine receipt comes in at just under 11K, including turbo/intercooler etc) then you have the suspension/brakes etc
I am looking for £14850 ONO (might consider a part ex, but not an impreza/evo etc) - as stated the car has 8 months+ MOT, 3 months+ Tax and has just been serviced/oil change so will not need anything spent on it for a good while
I would rather people who are interested PM me first on here if ok and am happy to help with any questions, sorry to waffle on but i appreciate it is good to include as much information as possible and if i have missed anything at all which i am sure i have please just ask i will be happy to help.
Just to add my location is Sunbury Upon Thames, if that helps
Thanks - Ross

Honestly, I had to sell it because of a house, you're selling it because of a house extension.
Exactly when did we grow up and become boring old farts!!
This really is a great car. I do miss it an awful lot. It needs a good home; someone who'll enjoy it, look after it properly and ....... who doesn't need a new house or extension!
Good luck with the sale mate!

As per questions asked, have added photos of original bill of sale along with advert PLUS services stamped, there are receipts for these also and the latest one has been stamped in the back of the book. Last service (oil/filter and check over) was done, 17 March 2014 so plenty of time before next service. I also have 5 litres of Millers Fully Synthetic which will be included in the sale for the next service
Tax is until: 31/10/2014
Mot is until: 17/03/2015

I may have got emotional about this too quickly... Does appears the sell is legit but I'm sure you can all understand my suspicions... I've been stung like this in the past. I apologise to the new owner.

Thats not what he told me on the phone. Still got the terrible orange peel paint at the bottom of all the doors. Overspray on the rear tow bar, inside the rear arch and to the corner of the splitter. And still has bad rust around the mud flap fixing on the front nearside. This is at the point where metal is flaking away and it looks like someone has tried to paint it very badly with tip ex. I walked away from it at 13.5k. Such a shame for what could be a fantastic car.
