Default Spray paint bubbling!!!

I have a v8 sti in 01g colour code,
My twisted side skirts were a bit tatty so decided to remove them and buy some really good second hand ones, trying to hold out for some skirts in 01g was like waiting for Xmas so bought some really good black ones,

I've sanded them back, and primed them,

Found out that halfords mixed paint so got a couple of spray cans,

The problem is that some parts have slightly bubbled as if it has had a bad reaction,

Just wondering wether there's something Ive done wrong or if it's dire paint from halfords?

Did you rub them over with paint prep or alcohol first to degrease them??
Also use the proper plastics primer.

Yeah the prep was spot on, used multi purpose primer but was fine and went on really well, just sprayed a bit on a piece of cardboard and it seems to come out blotchy, will try the other can and see what happens

I would also make sure you paint in a warm area and heat your cans first in warm water and you should be ok..

Paint should be ok from halfords
Should of got the primer from there too
Reaction might have been caused by a missed spot or two on the plastic even a pin ***** size
Rub down and start

Also spray in a warm area and Tins are warm

Sanded back the skirts today, warmed up the new can and the result was a lot better, skirts are spot on.
Tried a sample with the old can and still comes out blotchy however much I shook it and warmed it up so maybe I just got a duff one,
Have a few more spots to finish off so will pick up another can and finish off when time is available
Thanks for all the help

is it the nozzle spitting instead of spraying?

Yes exactly that, seems to spit and comes out really poorly, will be definitely taking it back to halfrauds and hopefully get a replacement, not too impressed with their nozzle either, not like the conventional type, I'm half way there, will hopefully get a dood replacement and finish the job off, will post some pics up next week once I'm back from work.

For everyone that took an interest in this thread, I ended up buying new paint from paints4u.

It turned out that the paint from halfords was at fault, so bit of a heads up aswell if anyone needs paint, payed the same price as halfords and the end result was really good

The only pic I have at the minute but really happy the way they turned out
