Default How Did You Fit Your Splitter?

I know how to fit it but I just don't know the best way of getting the front end up for access!?
I don't have any ramps and find them a bit dodgy anyway and I don't have a trolley jack either. I do have axle stands but the last time I tried using these I jacked the one side up and put a stand underneath, but when I jacked the other side up, the car lurched to the side and nearly fell off! So I'm thinking you have to use a trolley jack to use axle stands to keep everything symmetrical.
I'm interested in learning how others have gone about this.
Any advice welcome

Seems a bit extreme! Is that how you did yours?

Why do you need the bumper off, or the car lifted? I fitted mine, (HT Autos P1 replica) without either.

No I fitted mine by putting the car on axel stands so I could lie under to put clips n some bolts to double secure (v6 splitter) but if u have no access to jack, ramps etc then may b easier for u to take the bumper off, if its a newage it's a piece of **** to take the front bumper off

The car is lowered and I need to get a pilot drill in for the self tappers.

How did you get it onto the axle stands (those I do have).
It's a Hawkeye but the thought of taking the bumper doesn't appeal to me. I've only had it a week and don't want to start taking it apart just yet.

Here's the how to I wrote, whilst some specific fixing points will be different between the models the general process should be similar
