Default Primer / sealer question

Hi, I am planning to do a respray of my car. The old body shop I worked at used to use a non stop, wet on wet primer filler / sealer. It required no sanding and you could throw the base straight on after with the added benefit if it filling small pin holes/scratches and minimising reactions. Problem is I can't seem to find any.
So do u guys no of anywhere to get this or can normal 2k primer be used and just thin it down to a higher percent?? Many thanks
