Default Blob Eye WRX front lip spoiler £75

Anyone dealt with these people?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3103510566...84.m1439.l2649

I guess I should have asked BEFORE I ordered it. Am hoping on a black car it will not need painting and bolt straight on easily...

All I'm gonna say is that it might not look like it does in the pictures because they said that the 1 used in the pictures is the 1 for the STI. It should be ok because a lip is a lip

If not u could always send it back.
Dont forget 2 post pics when u get it put on

Yeah, I figured a lip was a lip also. This will compliment my new wheels and lowering springs - I'll post a before and after picture

If you're not happy with finish and don't want to paint it, you could always wrap it.

Looks really good. How much did that cost?

About £20 for the vinyl IRC, there are a few threads on here about it. I used the 3M stuff.

So you did it yourself. Looks like a professional job. Will do some research.

Yep easy to do, and gives a very durable finish.

Did u wrap it all in 1 go or what. Its the joins and seams I don't know how 2 do. A step by step video would be useful. Its probably something so easy and I'm not realising.

I did mine in two pieces with a vertical join on the center line, but you could use one piece. Just match the weave up at the join and you will hardly see it, cheaper than buying a large piece. Do one half making sure the edge at the join is straight, then do the second half sorting out the join first. Alternatively you could probably overlap the join, then cut a straight edge through both pieces with a sharp knife.

It's fairly workable stuff so you can have a few attempts if you're not happy.

Did the OP fit that splitter in the end?? I'm looking at exactly the same one for my blob wagon which has an STI bumper fitted..

In the listing I don't think it will fit a STI. There is a different one that compensates for the winglets.

Arrived today actually and looks decent quality. I think it could bolt straight on as it is in fact - especially as my car is black. I'd do the vinyl wrap but I know I'd bugger it up.
