Hi all. Just wanted to know if the facelift bonnet is exactaly the same width as the pre facelift. I ask because i got a non oe bonnet face lift style and it leaves a to bigger gap each side between the bonnet and the wings. So im going to buy a oe second hand bonnet off here but worried ill have the same problm. Cheerz all. ANT

AFAIK, they are the same, only differeng at the front edge, along the grille and lights. But why not measure?

It's the same size albeit the front differs slightly. I have a pre-facelift classic that has been modded to a facelift front end albeit I did have a non facelift bonnet on for a while

TX.

PS

I do have an ally non facelift bonnet sat in the garage (silver) - £75?

.......or your wings aren't lines up properly! They're bolted on so have a bit room for movement. A photo would help to see how bad the gap is.
