Default Fitting Spot Covers on Bugeye

Probably gonna make a tit of myself here, but got some s/h fog lamp covers for my WRX Bugeye. My question is there are 2 lugs on the top and a hole at the bottom for, I assume a long bolt. Where do i get that bolt from as I'm guessing the one which is in the fog light isn't long enough to go through the cover as well
Apologies in advance for being dumb

I used the double sided roll of reg plate that Halford ssell (orange and green packaging).
I prefer it without the holes and bolts.
They have been on a year and no signs of any weakening at all, a good job if Im honest.

To fit as Subaru intended you need the brackets and to fit them you need to remove the foglights. Suppose they aren't really fog covers more "hole in the bumper where my foglights once where covers"

I got a long threaded rod/bar and just cut to size, then simply put a nylock nut on the end and a quick spray with black paint
