What colour flaps ?!?
Hi guys i need some advice. I own a early classic, i have decided i wanted to ditch the spats and get my side skirts colour coded and fit some mud flaps. Problem is i cant decide what colour flaps to get, choices are red or blue, now i have blue Samco hoses and earth kit in the engine bay so common sense sayes stick with the blue but really like the look of red flaps on a silver car !?!
What do you reckon ?
Thanks

Hrm... perhaps it depends what 'look' you're going for?
Maybe it's the easy option to say 'black or colour-code' because that will always look good. But as I have just bought blue ones for my silver wagon - I say go for some colour!
If they look crap - at least you tried!
ATB,
Phil

The silver car suits them better as its quite a modified car with other bits of red visible in the interior.
Did those flaps you have, come with metal brackets?

Agree, those blue ones on the silver do stand out, look out of place.
My train of thought has always been go for the same colour of the car, that way they dont lash out and say, look at me,so tend to look more natural on the car.
black car,black flaps
white car - white flaps
unless you want the graphic look/non co-ordinated look (not that thats bad,i just mena if thats the look you want)
Some cars can pull it off,but only some colours
still think white on white would be better
Mail These guys,They will do you some silver ones

Yea they did... my thought was 'oh well, I've now got the stainless brackets and some perfect paterns to cut out some black ones later' lol
I may live with the blue for a while tho... it was a pain taking all the wheels off to fit them. So perhaps I'll wait 'till I do the brake disks and pads, soon.
