Default subaru oc2 paint

Hi i was wondering if there are different shades of oc2 paint, ive got a friend who has just had a front bumper sprayed and it looks a lighter shade than the rest of the car,im about to have some spraying done and want to avoid this if possible,or is it just hard to match new paint with old especially when metallic thanks for any suggestions

very hard to blend in metallic colors if you just spraying one panel/bumper etc. if you wanted a perfect match, you would have to spray up to the next panels and blend them in

im not an expert btw, just what ive been told

prodrive rules quoted me about £350 for my front end to be done which i think is a pritty decent price he mixes all his own paint aswell for a better match

02C is normally a very good match, whatever the age of car.

It is a pearl, and easier than metallics.
