The bumper isn't specific to the P1 it's just an MY99/00 front bumper.
So either subaru (circa £150 quid) or any decent motorfactors.
Splitter again can be had from Subaru but expect to pay more than the bumper.
I got one from Storm Motorsport for £99 on ebay and it's pretty good quality.

What daz said: bumpers OCCASIONALLY come up on e-bay, but are rare, so fetch a premium. Or bug a few breakers: I put "Subaru breakers" into Google and got around 20 hits.
HT Autos do a decent P1 style splitter in polyurethane rather than f/glass, it goes for around £105 unpainted for that bumper. They also do one for the slightly earlier 97/98 bumper at £115, good stuuf, they can be founjd on e-bay.
The lights Daz has on that car are afaik, hella units, available from hella dealers, 90mm diameter, in HID or halogen, you need brackets from a Scoob delaer and the replica covers-with-a-hole, from various places.
