Not sure what you mean about rear bumper cover?
The rear bumper on a 2006 wrx is exactly the same as an STI the only difference being that the STI has extended wheel arches moulded into it.
If you want to make the rearend of your WRX into an STI lookalike all you need is the STI boot spoiler and STI mini roof spoiler.

It's always cheaper to sell a WRX and buy an STi, rather than make one into the other, with the added benefit of actually owning an STi with its performance and kudos as opposed to the naff-ness of driving a fake. Consider WRX's going for maybe £10k, STi's from £12k. Then factor in the spoiler, £900; diffuser, £200; alloys, £900; tyres, £400; scoop, £150; interior, £1000; power and handling benefits, £wortheverypenny. It all adds up, and it's so much easier to just buy the right car instead. Also, when you come to sell buyers will be put off by the mods, and insurers will need to know about every single bit you change, often resulting in higher insurance premiums on a mod'd WRX over a standard STi.

i know my friend, its better to biu the car but here in brazil a WRX 2006 is 75.000,00 = 41.666,00 dollars and the sti we onlyu have from 2008 and costs 180.000,00 = 100.000,00 dollars.
so the prices are too high and the cars are diferent Sti is Hatch!

That STi you picture isn't a hatch ! I understand about the price premium on the STi though 
They really sting you in Brazil then. Over here the UK STi is about £5k ($7.5k US) more than the WRX. Is it not possible to buy Jap or even US import STi's, or have a trip up to Mexico and bring one back down ?
