pre-facelift to facelift conversion??

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible or not to fit the facelift 97-00 style bumper, h/lights & bonnet to the pre 97 cars??

Is it a bolt on swap or not that simple??????

As above, except that there was a facelift on the facelift in 99

So best to get ALL the parts from the same MY car.
