Dear all,

Finally gave both Scoobies a clean at the weekend and noticed some play in the rear spoiler on the WRX. It is an STi copy that was on the car when I bought it. Has anyone else had problems with these working loose?
Looked at getting a GB270 to replace it, but then checked out the weight!!!!!, they need new struts on the boot to hold them up.

Not sure if the time has come to replace it with the genuine article or not?

May have to trade the WRX in for something more sensible soon, easier sale with or without big tail?

Opinions and experience please.

 

if you look up at spoiler when the boot is open there should be a hole in both ends there should be 2 nuts either side you can tighten with a ratchet (cant remember size )
