It's your car fella, but why not spend the money on some modifications that do more than say "look at me!"

i would put one on my car cause i think they look good imo but i cant bring myself to drilling a hole in my afterburner but if yours has already had one go for it as the plug should still be in the exhaust

Agreed.

I need anti-lag in my life. Pops and bangs on over run will have to suffice for now.

if they have taken plug out the exhaust then it would be blowing unless they welded the hole up witch means you will need to drill new hole most people remove the kit but leave the plug in exhaust

As Micky says, get an Ecu with antilag, much more fun than a chav flamer kit & not an "affence" in sight

if you had a hole in your tail pipe it wouldnt be blowing. only if its before the end of the back box

why are they seen as chavy. a skyline shoots flames and its seen as cool. a scooby shoots flames and its seen as chavy

in all respect its personal opinion really.

i have had one on my previous cars and i probably would have one again

Trouble is chief, you don't know me or how old I am, so how on gods sweet earth can you make the assumption that if I, (along with others here) think flamer kits are chav, then that makes me a boring old ****? I drive a heavily modified, 400+ bhp Impreza, oh and I don't feel the need to drive like a **** or shoot mahoosive flames out the back of my car. If thats your bag, then good for you.
