Make your own template:

Place spoiler upside down on a blanket, carpet, sofa etc to protect upper surface.

Place thin card, or sheets of newspaper, taped together to reach across the base of the spoiler, on it's base, and lightly tape in place. Mark the sheet's face NOT on contact with the spoiler, as such.

Now, feeling through the card/paper, find the holes in the spoiler. Pierce each with a ballpoint pen or similar, as close to it's centre as possible.

Turn spoiler and card/paper over, mark spoiler position on paper. Carefully remove card/paper from spoiler.

Place spoiler on boot, adjust it's position until you are satisfied with it. Mark boot lid with felt tip pen.

Remove spoiler, place card/paper over marked bootlid so that previuosuly made marks on paper line up with those on boot lid, (you might find it easier to cut the card/paper to sahpe at this point, so you can SEE the marks on the botlid), tape card/paper down, ENSURE THAT SIDE OF PAPER MARKED NOT IN CONTACT WITH SPOILER IS NOW IN CONTACT WITH BOOTLID.

Drill carefully through all holes.

Harder to describe than to do, really

I'd tape the boot fully with masking tape - marking the base of the spoiler when happy with the position which avoids scratching - ideally you need a thin card in one piece the size of the spoiler to make the template from.

Be careful with the outside holes, one comes through in the rubber stop the other will catch your boot seal if you are not careful drilling it.

Pull the rubber bump stops out before drilling, and if possible, prop bootlid open to drill, to avoid catching seal
