Anyone know a composite/plastics firm etc that could make me a splitter like the one on the scooby clinic car in the photo below?

could you pm me a cost and what materials etc it would be made of. Would you need the car prior( its an MY99) also I might be after a rear diffuser that would fit under the current bumper but with a shallow rake as opposed to the big finner ones. Similar to the rear diffusers that were on the rover tomcat220's. The rear one isnt as important though. TI would be nice to have both in carbon effect if poss but again not necessarily important as dont want it to cost me a small countries gdp.
