hi guys this is my first time owning a scooby, i have a wrx 05 2litre and am hoping to purchase an sti spoiler for it! i have seen on ebay a hawkeye sti spoiler and was wondering if anybody knows if it will fit the same holes as the spoiler ive got now?????

 

Not too sure mate just looking at them it would "appear" that it could be a straight swap. I personally would try scoobyworld's sti spoilers due to their decent quality & straight swap fitment. i.e. they use the same holes as your standard wrx spoiler. Eitherway good luck!

 

thanks for your feedback, i have bought an 04 sti spoiler for it now and at a decent price it has ten screws that are apparently detachable the normal wrx has only four! i am told its a genuine subaru spoiler so think i grabbed a bargain! thanx again,daz!

 

Genuine spoiler = way to go if you can find one

 

was considering this myself, i have an 05 wrx. sounds like you got a good deal!

if you don't want to drill the extra holes (i wouldn't either), it might be an idea to use some very strong tape to back up the four wrx screws - the sti spoiler is a lot heavier than the wrx one!
