Default Sealant required for de-tango?

I have read through some guides and have decided to de-tango my headlights on my 04 Blobeye this weekend. Is extra sealant really needed or is there enough to work with?
Thanks

cool, will grab some to be sure then. Is the usual stuff from Wickes or B&Q sufficient?
