Default Stopping water getting into induction kit.

Ive got a cone air filter on my impreza. Its sat right under the front, smaller bonnet vent. Due to the excessive amount of rain, im abit worried that rain might get inside the induction kit and cause some damage.

Is there anything i could do to prevent this ?

Thanks.

There should be a cover under the vent to stop water coming in.

No vent cover underneath and I haven't got the original box filter to put back on there. The car is as I bought it.

The vents you need are the one`s like these SUBARU IMPREZA WRX 96 - 01 BONNET SCOOP & VENTS on eBay, also, Subaru, Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 01-Apr-09 22:37:25 BST) just make sure you get the covers that go under the vents

the early one`s wont fit as the bonnet is different
