Classic Foglight And Cover Fitting Issues
I recently purchased OEM STi foglight covers for my 95 Impreza. I already have foglights on the vehicle, and I see these covers have two metal clips on the back to attach to the OEM foglights. I can clip the covers over the foglights, but I can still wiggle them around. Is there a bracket or something I'm missing to attach these firmly over the foglights?
Thanks you.
Thanks you.

It won't help when I pull over at night to take the covers off, or when I want to put them back on in the morning. There's clips on the back of the cover, and there's no other reason for them to be there than to go over foglights. If they designed that, they must have some way of holding them fast.

oh i see u want to be able to remove them....i dont know then...i guess if they are easy to remove then they are for just that purpose....to be reasonably removable for you. if its any more secure, you wont be able to get them off to use

They way I have it now, there's the two clips in the one corner, and I have a long screw through the cover in the other corner, through the foglight into the backing plate. It works, but it still takes a few minutes at the side of the road with a screwdriver to remove them. I was just hoping for a quicker way. I was thinking there might be a specific bracket for this type of use, as I have screws with ***** on them so I wouldn't have to fuss with a screwdriver.
