Looks like a Scott lowe splitter to me, not sure where you get them from though, do a search on Scott Lowe and i'm sure your come up trumps.

cheaper from ht autos and supposidly made from a better material! You dont get the badge though. They sell on ebay, buy it now for about 115 but they accept £100 offers!
