Exhausts first: how long is a bit of string? Seriously, guy, there are soooooo many decent ones out there that it's down to you what sort of sound you like.
Also, do you want a backbox, cat-back, or a decat? the last sounds best, and does free up a few ponys, even without any other mods, BUT, and it's now a BIG BUT, getting it through it's MoT is a PITA. Just don't chuck out your old cats
Mine has the TSL Group N exhaust which is a single rolled tailpipe at 3 1/2" and a 3" stainless through sytem built to withstand rallies. I like the sound, it's not TOO loud, neighbours don't complain, but it does turn heads, especially when you give it some welly.
On to BOV's. My advice consists of one word: DON'T. Your car is already fitted with a recirculating BOV or dumpvalve. That's what the ecu is programmed for. Use of a Vent to Atmosphere (VTA) valve can lead to massive fuelling problems, poor running or engine failure. Yes, it sounds louder, but so what? So does an engine going bang! If you want to hear the stock valve, get the car remapped so as not to use the MAF, and fit an induction kit. Much safer. Don't do induction kit without the remap though, you'll fek the MAF, and soon after, the engine.
Oh, and your car, if standard, was built with 218 bhp, if it's a UK car.

BTW: tuning sections are just above this one.

Best bet is to contact some of the suppliers who do them for up-to-date prices.
TSL, Graham Goode, Scoobyclinic, Scoobymania, among others. Most will quote you over the phone.
Mine came from TSL. It certainly growls and burbles. A French friend, on hearing it for the first time, before seeing the car come round the corner, told me he thought it was a VERY big bike coming
