Default paint spray, best way to dry?

Once something has been paint sprayed will the paint dry best in warm or cold conditions? currently drying my vents in the garage but no matter how many days i leave them to dry i always see to put me finger print in the paint work when i go to put them back in the car ruining it all.

how do i get the paint to dry???

thanks
