Default Mad to fit splitter with tape?

Would i be mad to just use the strong number plate sticker pads to help keep my front splitter in place? it fits so snug anyway it stays on without holding it, have got some strong sticky pads that i was thinking of using instead of drilling holes.

good idea or silly?? be honest

I would of tried it to see what appens but if what appens isnt very good then thats a new splitter on the wish list so i drilled some oles like it was suggested.
