Seibon do a carbon fibre replica of the Prodrive spoiler:
Seibon Carbon Fiber Products: Hoods, Trunk Lids, Fenders, Lip Spoilers, Accessories...
other than that it's just keep an eye out of ebay, althought they normally go for silly money. Took me about 2 years to find mine:

You can still buy them from subaru, at a cost of about 500 quid.
I purchased one earlier this year, painted but the bolts were in need of a bit of repair for £250.
Just got to keep your eyes peeled, try putting a wanted advert up, you never know someone may be a bit skint after christmas and sell you theres!

There was a GB going on for the seibon gear at the end of last year but not sure what happened with it, other than that try here; car accessories with Amber Performance: car parts and accessories - electronic car tuning, braking products, engine tuning, auto parts for ford, bmw, honda, toyota and classic cars

I found mine on eBay. It's being repainted right now.
I think they're the nicest wing of all time, so when I saw one, I went crazy with my bids. It was an impulse buy, only coz they're rare and I just had to have one.
Keep your eye on eBay, they do pop up from time to time. About a month ago an immaculate dark green one went for about 300 notes.
