Was there a model classic that used the facelift light, bonnet and grille but had the earlier typr bumper of did all the mods come together.

I thought maybe the 98 flat type grille may also mean it had the earlier type bumper?

98 onwards cars had the earlier bumper, but a different grille, bonnetline etc:



This shows it, but mine also has a MRO splitter, Morettes, smoked indicators and Scoobysport Xenon driving lights.

right so it was only the 99 onwards cars that had the new bumper? the lights, bonnet and grille came in 98?

August '98. AFAIK. Mine has it, but the one I test-drove hadn't.

I've got a late 98 model (December) and it has the new bumper, bonnet, grill, lights and dash.

My STi 4 has the later dash but the earlier bumper (well it did )

Before then I think - My MY98 was registered in Jan 98 and it has the white dials. AFAIK, the white dials were the major difference between a 97 and 98, plus of course the 16" wheels.
