I want to swap my ver3 bumper with one from a ver5/6. I know that it will bolt on directly, my concern is that would the fog lights fit with no problems from the ver3 bumper to ver6 with brackets and all? Also is the splitter from the ver6 bumper detachable? I ask because I haven't seen an impreza without one, and I don't want to assume and order the bumper and receiving no splitter because I didn't specify.

Yes the fogs and brackets will fit
You will need new indicators though.

The splitter in your pic is not part of the bumper and will need to be ordered seperatly if you want it.
None of the UK spec cars come with the splitter as std.
