Was thinking of having a go at making a grill for the lower radiator opening on a MY03.

Like the look of the Scott Lowe ones but not the price (150 quid)

So was thinkng of getting some mesh and fitting it inside set back against the black plastic surround.

anyone done this and if so any issues or even better a template I could use? or suggestions for a good fit?
