Default Sportwagon Load Plate removal

Hi,

Does anybody know how to remove the metal load plate from the rear bumber of a Sportwagon ?

I can't see any way of taking it off, do I need to remove the bumper or is it just glued on ?

Thanks

I thought they were just stuck on ! But don't quote me on that. Best wait till someone else comes along who has installed one before.....

Thanks, it does look like it's just been stuck on. If not there must be holes driled through the bumper underneath it (hopefully not!).

If it is just stuck on will the hairdryer and dental floss trick work ?

Its just stuck on m8 with loads of double sided foam tape.

Warming it up should help remove it.
