Default vinyl on carbon

i have a carbon bonnet and would like the edges done white to match the rest of the car, i dont want to paint it as it will ruin the whole carbon thing ??? but could i get while vinyl graphics to cover the area i want and would this cause any damage to the carbon if i decided to remove it ????

I'm presuming the bonnet has a clear resin coat, rather than being naked carbon. If that's the case then there'll be no problem with getting vinyl to stick. Just make sure it's clean and free from grease, etc. as you would if youe were fitting vinyl to paint. Removal should present no problems either.
