Does anybody know where I can get the above and if they are hard to fit?

I don't want to be drilling holes in the roof.

 

always a lot of them on ebay,got mine off there it was for the bugeye shape but a little reshaping and it fits great.to fit just use tiger seal just get it in the righ place as once its dried its not coming off!!!
