Go to the PIAA web site and they will list the suppliers, its best to do a bit of searching for the correct ones first and then approach the suppliers. When i got some i think i paid about £13 each(Driving Lights) at a supplier in Huddersfield

There specific to PIAA lamps, as there are two holding lugs that the covers click into, plus the PIAA's are a larger dia than OEM fogs.
Oem covers have three lugs that grip the outside edge of the lamp.

As Chris says, the PIAA covers are for their driving lamps not the standard OE fogs. If you want fog covers then you need the STI type ones. David sells those too, but they're about £60 a pair.
