i have a 95 sti V-LTD and would really like to upgrade the front to a later model! is it just a case of buying lights,grill and bonnet and fitting them straight on or is there more work involved?

No.... easy as that.

However the intercooling ducting under the bonnet will not line up so you need to be creative with a bit of sheet ali or similar.

Ive done it on my95sti but used MY00 bumper, headlights, bonnet & MY98 front grill. All bolts on easy.
