spraying skirts questions
Im wanting to spray all the skirts on my scooby but im wanting to no if any one now's how to spray onto plastic and also what you do about the grain effect that the plastic has do u sand it away or will the paint cover it. also how much pain will i need and will i need a laqure.

Hi
I had all mine sprayed at a local body shop... they primed and sealed the plastics first before spraying them up.
They didn't sand or smooth them down before doing it and you can't see any of the old rough finish...

Scooby joe dont do it yourself mate. I think its a special paint that is used and if the paint dont stick right and starts flaking off it will look crap and then its big job to make it right.i am only drawing on my personal experience when ive sprayed the wing mirrors on my earlier cars powerman
